Pavlatos Studios, surrounded by lush orchid of citrus and fruit trees, offers a breathtaking sea view all the way across Ithaca and the beautiful port. Our complex consist of 9 studios in line with the traditional Ionian architecture.
All the apartments are elegantly decorated and fully equipped, offering everything that our guests need to feel like home.
In five minutes walking distance, you reach the center of Sami with busy shops, bars and restaurants, but at the same time being able to relax in a quiet location and enjoy the natural beauty of Kefalonia.

We loved the place. Outstanding hospitality and great rooms! Just five minutes walk to the center and ten to the port. Pavlatos family are great hosts and are going out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome! They also runs the Adonis, a highly recommended restaurant on the harbor.

Clean, quiet, well equipped room with a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains.Nice balcony with a lounger. Owners spend the whole day in their tavern directly at the harbor, where we were given a coffee while waiting for the room on arrival.

Spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated homely property with everything you needed. Very comfortable beds, air conditioning and free parking with shade. The property is in a good central location yet was nice and quiet with lovely view from private balcony. Really enjoyed the stay.
